Peer Review Process and Publication Schedule
Our journal is committed to delivering high-quality scientific content and maintaining a regular publication schedule to stay current.
Peer Review Process: To enhance scientific quality and reliability, our journal adopts a double-blind peer review process. During this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential, ensuring unbiased evaluations. Reviewers are selected from experts relevant to the journal's scope. Additionally, authors receive guidance in preparing their papers and use valuable feedback from reviewers to enhance their articles.
Publication Schedule: Our journal is planned to be published twice a year. The first issue will be released in December, while the second one will be available in June. Stages of the Double-Blind Peer Review Process:
- Submission and Initial Assessment: Authors submit their prepared articles to the journal. Once submitted, the journal's editors review the relevance of the article to the specific field and its compliance with the basic requirements.
- Reviewer Selection: The journal's editors select appropriate reviewers for the double-blind peer review process. Reviewers are chosen based on their expertise and the content of the article, ensuring they possess the ability to provide independent and unbiased evaluations.
- Anonymous Review Process: In the double-blind peer review process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept hidden. Authors provide their personal information and contact details in a separate file when submitting their articles. This file is kept separate from the content of the article.
- Reviewers' Assessment: Reviewers evaluate the article without knowing the identities of the authors. They express their views on the article's scientific validity, methodology, results, and writing.
- Review Evaluation: The journal's editors assess the reviewers' evaluations, which guide the decision regarding whether the article should be accepted, revised, or rejected.
- Revision Process (Optional): If reviewers have identified areas for revision, authors have the option to make corrections based on these suggestions.
- Acceptance or Rejection Decision: Editors make a decision by considering the reviewers' assessments and the author's revisions if applicable. If the article is accepted, final edits are made, and it is prepared for publication.
